The Bread Shop is back open and serving the infamous koji cured bacon Hokkaido rolls, freshly baked bread, cakes & pastries, and coffee.

Surplus vegetables, herbs & cut flowers from the farm are also available.

The Bread Shop is open from Wednesday - Saturday 9am - 4pm

The Bread Shop is home to our, preserving, curing and fermenting operation, to be served at Wilsons, allowing us to be as self sufficient as possible. All the Bread and patisserie served in the restaurant is made by our bakers, here in The Bread Shop.
