The food at wilsons is informed by a connection to nature, the seasons and passion for regenerative farming . The market garden not only provides the vegetables, herbs and fruit cooked in the kitchen but also is what the entire menu is built around. The menu changes frequently depending on what is growing in the market garden. Changing with the seasons and the weather.
During the spring and summer months we preserve and ferment our produce to see us through the winter and less bountiful times.
Our menu is a full six course set menu that is available both at lunchtimes and evenings - £73
We offer a reduced set menu of three courses on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday lunchtimes - £35
Please note our lunch reduced set menu is not available on Saturdays.
